HOW THE DECENT HOMES STANDARD AFFECTS US TO BE IMPLIMENTED BY 2010 TO 2016
By 2010 work should have started to rectify the defects in prc (pre-cast reinforced concrete ) which is the construction of the airey house. If all the prc components are removed and brick exterior and block interior walls are built so long as it's done in accordance with a PRC license to make it mortgageable.I have loads of info but the files are to big to post but i can e-mail you the information or give you links to help you find what you need but please ask here first as i'm sure we have the answer.

When you were repaired was all the PRC components removed.Did you get a PRC license and is the property now mortgageable.I have looked into doing mine but i think the council will sell the estate off, i have been trying to get an answer from the council but with no response. The position we are in now is the local MP is trying to get an answer. If they are going to be demolished it's not viable for me to spend anymore money on it as i think in it's present state it's worth about £150k as it's classed as defective
